Villa Aura is a fantastic 1 bedroom property located on the Kookis holiday village. Kookis Village is a truly inspiring collection of luxury private villas. Located in the sought after area of Keri and only a couple of minutes walk to the beach, the setting is perfect. Keri is renowned for its picturesque sea front harbour. A traditional mix of tavernas and restaurants, serving excellent cuisine, line the harbour front. With superb views out to the bay and Marathonis island (ironically shaped as a turtle), we guarantee you will love Keri as much as we do. Favoured with the rich and famous who often moor their yachts in the bay, you may spot a celebrity or two as well as a turtle.
The villas offer tradition with a modern touch of luxury. The villa grounds are wonderfully maintained, with lawned areas, flower borders and Mediterranean plants. Emphasis is placed on detail and service. Each villa is elegantly designed and decorated, they are spaciously light and airy.
On the ground floor, the one bedroom villa is surprisingly roomy. It is comprised of a modern, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable sitting area. The double sofa bed also offers extra sleeping space that would be suitable for children. There is also a bathroom on this floor, with a bath. Patio doors lead out onto the terrace.
The stylish staircase leads upstairs to the master bedroom, with double bed and ensuite shower room. French windows lead out onto a pretty balcony. The bedroom is attractively furnished and offer lots of storage space. Both the bedroom and downstairs living area benefit from air conditioning.
Outside, each villa has an independent pool and outdoor terrace. Sun loungers, umbrella and even pool towels are provided for your comfort. Relax on the shady terrace and enjoy a long cool drink and outdoor dining. We love the unique dinner service that allows you to enjoy a private restaurant experience in the comfort of your own villa and no need to wash up afterwards, heaven!

Villa Aura is very well placed for other local services such as a bus stop (200m), a chemist (5km in Lithakia), a cashpoint ATM (8km in Laganas), minimarket (200m in Keri), a doctor (8km in Laganas) and hospital (15km in Zante Town).
Hot summers and warm evenings are assured on this southernmost Ionian Island. Visitors will find established resorts with plenty of amenities and activities to keep the children busy.
We specialise in Zante villas and apartments outside resorts and in quieter areas on the island such as Bouka and Vassilikos. Enjoy the calm turquoise waters that lap golden beaches along the South coast or explore the more rugged Northern corners of the island. The majority of Zante flights depart on Sundays and Thursdays. There are no flights from the UK available on Saturdays, when direct flight instead run from Cork and Dublin. Daily flights to Zante are available from Athens Airport.

Zante is known as the most important nesting ground for the endangered species of loggerhead sea-turtles, the Caretta-Caretta, and a national marine park had been created to protect and preserve these creatures. During the summer months, holidaymakers can visit Kalamaki or Laganags and take a glass-bottomed boat trip to view the turtles in their natural habitat and even swim with them.
