The Glyfada family-run private estate comprises of several villas and detached houses on a wooded headland above Loggos harbour. On-site facilities include two swimming pools, 'honesty' pool bars, tennis court and taverna. The extensive grounds, excellent facilities and direct access onto two pretty shingle beaches ensure guests have plenty of space to relax and unwind.
These mezzanine villas provide air-conditioned* comfort in a light and airy environment along with a modern bathroom and a double or twin bedroom. French doors lead out onto a small private terrace that has breathtaking sea views.
Breakfast and lunch are included with your accommodation and evening meals are available most nights at the on-site taverna. Alternatively the owner Spiro offers a courtesy mini-bus service into nearby Loggos and Lakka on selected evenings or you have the choice of dining on your own balcony with provisions that can be delivered to your door. Alternatively, Loggos is about a 20 minute walk from Glyfada and offers a number of good tavernas, bars and mini-markets. Do bring a torch for the evening return walk to Glyfada.
This delightful setting consistently gets excellent feedback from couples and families, however we do recommend that those with walking difficulties check with our travel advisers before booking.

Set in the charming hamlet of Dendiatika, the pretty fishing village of Loggos is within a 20 minute walk of Glyfada down well-worn 'donkey' steps.
The smallest of the three main villages on the island, Loggos is an enchanting and graceful old fishing port. This picturesque little village is home to an impressive array of shops, restaurants and tavernas, giving it a lively yet understated atmosphere.
The beautiful harbourfront provides a beguiling setting for al fresco dining and it's not unusual to sit and watch the locals bring in their catch for the day, gut it on their boats and then take it into the family restaurant, ready to be eaten that night. Little wonder the quayside restaurants at Loggos have a reputation for offering some of the best food on the island.
The swimming here is excellent, with beautiful clear water ideal for snorkelling. During the day, brightly coloured boats will take you to explore the bays and beaches along the coast or transport you across to Anti-Paxos with its fantastic sandy beach.
As for the nightlife, the main square with its handful of bars and tavernas offers the perfect spot in which to stretch an enjoyable end to a wonderful day late into the evening.
Paxos is a tiny gem that lies in the Ionian Sea just an hour’s hydrofoil trip from its larger neighbour Corfu. With no direct flights, this island of pretty harbours and undiscovered coves is delightfully laid-back and off-the-beaten-track.
Gaios is the island town, main harbour and centre of island life. Harbour-side tavernas greet arriving visitors but are well worth a return visit during your stay. Loggos is a pretty village harbour just a 10 minute taxi ride from Gaios and home to several of our
Paxos villas and apartments. Perhaps the best way to explore this island is by small boat –simply potter along the shoreline to find your own idyllic cove.
For more information on Paxos, its harbours and villages click the tabs above. Our 'Getting there' section includes flight routes to neighbouring Corfu and ferry options.
Transfers to Paxos from Corfu are generally by hydrofoil from the port in Corfu Town with the crossing taking approximately 1 hour.
