A holiday in a converted windmill is a once in a lifetime experience and we can guarantee a holiday at Meltemi Windmill will leave you with all the right memories for many years to come.

The windmill has been carefully renovated and many of its original charms and features remain.

Within the windmill the living accommodation is split over three floors, all three floors are connected by an internal stone staircase.

The ground floor has been converted into a comfortable living room with a television, a great place to relax after spending the day on one of Milos’s spectacular world renowned beaches.

A twin bedroom and a double bedroom can be found on the two upper floors. Each bedroom is of a good size and has all the necessary ingredients for a comfortable nights sleep.

A separate building in the courtyard provides a completely equipped kitchen/dining room and a bathroom.

The spacious courtyard that surrounds the windmill offers stunning view of the island and the spectacular Greek sunset.

Trypiti, Milos

The Windmill is located in the lovely village of Tripiti, in an area with a rich history which was particularly prosperous during the Classical and Hellenistic periods. The village stands on a hill sloping down the sea and owes its name to its land, which composed by soft volcanic rock, and gives the impression of having being perforated.

Picturesque white windmills stand on the highest point of the village, some of which have been transformed into elegant rooms for rent.

Tripiti is famous for its excellent tavernas, specialised in tasty appetisers.

Checking the price & when the property is available ...

There is a panel at the top right of this page where you can enter your holiday requirements. This will then display a calendar showing when the property is available. Now click on a GREEN day to get the price. The price displayed is the total price for the property, not per person.
