This superior villa is well located in the charming, traditional village of Peyeia with a good selection of taverns, bars and shops. This modern, two storey villa offers stylishly decorated and comfortably furnished accommodation for a relaxing holiday. It has an attractive open plan living room, a dining area with patio doors to the terrace and a very well-equipped kitchen. There are four bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite facilities (one double and three twins). The bedrooms and living/dining areas all have air conditioning which is included in the price.

Patio doors in the dining room lead out to the sun terrace surrounding the beautiful 10x5 metre swimming pool which has roman steps. Barbeque area and patio furniture provide a perfect location for al fresco dining in the wonderful Cypriot climate.

Villa Melantha is situated near the centre of the friendly, traditional, Cypriot village of Peyeia which has supermarkets, shops, and a good choice of charming, family run taverns and restaurants. A large area of unspoilt parkland is just minutes away. The centre of the resort of Coral Bay is approximately 2.5 kilometres from the villa and offers a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops and a lovely sweeping beach with beach bar and a selection of water sports.

For guests staying longer than a week there is a weekly maid service and a mid-week towel change. There is a safe provided for guests use and is charged at 2CYP per day payable locally.
