For those seeking a beach front property, the upper and lower apartments at Villa Elsi in Kalami will be just perfect. The villa occupies an enviable position situated directly on Kalami's pretty pebble beach, towards the quieter end of the bay.
The private flagstone courtyard opens straight onto the beach. The sea views are of course wonderful.
The house has tiled floors and traditional, comfortable furnishings. It comprises two spacious air-conditioned apartments. The ground floor offers a double and a twin bedroom while the first floor apartment had two twin bedrooms. Each provides a comfortable living room (where there is space for an extra child bed), a separate kitchen with full cooker and fridge and a bathroom with shower and w.c.
The upper apartment has a balcony furnished with a table and chairs, while the lower apartment opens onto the large sun-terrace at the front of the property. Both are perfect spots to enjoy this delightful setting.
