Caribia comprises just four apartments and provides seclusion with the convenience of being a short walk from the lovely harbour of Agios Stephanos with its beach, tavernas and shops. There is a tiny pebble beach within 300 metres and the blue flag beach of Kerasia, with its renowned fish taverna is a short drive or a 20 minute walk. The property stands in an elevated position with superb sea views across the sparkling blue sea as far as the mainland.
The house is surrounded by olive groves and stands of pine trees and extensive gardens. Lawns lead down from the apartments to the swimming pool which is complemented with sun loungers and umbrellas. There is a stone built barbecue and dining area for the use of all guests.
This two bedroom apartment is perfect for friends or a smaller family. It is bright and spacious with the benefit of air conditioning. The roomy living area is furnished with comfy sofas and easy chairs; there is also a dining suite for four. One set of French windows lead out onto the large front balcony which is furnished with a table and chairs while another opens out onto a spacious private side terrace complete with your own full sized barbecue and furnished with tables and chairs. Both balcony and terrace have excellent sea views. There is a well equipped kitchen that is suitable for preparing cooked meals and has a full oven and a fridge/freezer.
The sleeping arrangements are laid out as one double and one twin bedroom, both with good sized wardrobes and dressing tables - the twin bedroom has French windows that open out onto the terrace with fantastic sea views. The apartment has a modern bathroom with shower.
There is a communal washing machine available to all Caribia clients.

The pretty little harbour of Agios Stephanos is renowned as being one of the most attractive places to stay on the upmarket north-east coast of Corfu.
This picturesque fishing village has a charming, traditional feel to it but offers a choice of shops, some excellent tavernas - we particularly like The Eucalyptus, and a couple of quite sophisticated bars for those looking for some nightlife.
Agios Stephanos has its own small beach with wooden jettys which are ideal for sunbathing or fishing and you can rent a boat here if you fancy touring the pretty bays that run up and down the coastline.
The blue flag beaches at Kerasia is only a twenty minute walk away through some lovely countryside, and the stunning Avlaki beach which has two tavernas and a sailing school for windsurfers and dinghy sailing, is a 5 minute drive away.
Agios Stephanos has a lot to offer its guests; a beautiful little harbour with a great choice of facilities; blue flag beaches on your doorstep and wonderful views over to the mainland. Little wonder that visitors choose to return to this spot time and time again.
