Nancy Apartments are set approximately twelve minutes away from Avlaki beach, which has two tavernas and watersports facilities. It is also just six minutes away from Coyevinas beach, and a short distance from local supermarkets and tavernas which offer speciality dishes and evening entertainment.
Apart from the short distance to the beaches, the best feature of Nancy Apartments is its swimming pool which is only shared between the four apartments. The large shared pool is furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas and has the added security of being gated.
These apartments are also set in well-tended gardens, surrounded by fruit trees and flowering shrubs. This immediate area reflects the beauty of Avlaki's fertile countryside, amongst the loveliest in all of Corfu. The hospitable owner is very house-proud and keeps the apartments in good condition.
Apartment No. 1 has a bright and airy feel to it. French doors from each room welcome the breeze that keeps the interior cool during the summer months. Covered balconies provide sun or shade at all times of the day, and have wonderful views across the pool towards the sea.
On the lower floor, you will find a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and oven, and a lounge/dining area with a TV and two sofabeds. There is also a shower room and WC. Upstairs, you will come to another shower room and WC, as well as the two air-conditioned twin bedrooms.
Please note: use of the safe box requires a local charge of 15 Euros per week.

Kassiopi has blossomed from it origins as a quiet little fishing village into a small, bustling resort with a strong emphasis on families and couples. There are several sand and shingle beaches within a ten minute stroll of the village and the harbour itself is a centre for day trips and other watersport activities.
Kassiopi boasts a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars with something to cater for every taste. If you fancy listening to some great music whilst enjoying a relaxing drink, we can highly recommend 'Out of the Blue' and our favourite restaurants have got to be 'Little Italy' which, as the name would suggest, specialises in exquisite traditional Italian dishes and Yanni's for great Greek food eaten 'al fresco' by the sea.
Lively, but certainly not rowdy, Kassiopi strikes a perfect balance for those who don't want to have to travel too far to find plenty of entertainment but definitely aren't interested in the nightclubs and loud music bars of bigger, more 'touristy' resorts.
Corfu is one of the more popular Greek holiday islands and is well served by charter and budget airlines. This beautiful, lush green Greek island comes as an unexpected and unforgettable surprise for first time visitors.
